I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, and I also got to use the executive lounge on the 19th floor, which was a nice touch. However, the room felt a bit cold despite having the thermostat set to the max temperature. The service was top-notch, from sending food to my room to arranging a car for my day trip. The location was fantastic, close to great shopping areas and the MTR station for easy access to Guangzhou City. The dining experience was fabulous with a great selection to start the day, although I wish it finished a bit later. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent amenities but a bit pricey for some services.
